For quite some time, I didn't focus too heavily on making food at home. We ate out almost constantly, but we felt like our health was getting worse. I started thinking about various ways to fend off health issues, so I began cooking at home more. My family and I took turns making food, and it was really incredible to see how much of a difference a little food preparation made.
